One of the most common questions couples ask after falling in love with our booth is: how soon do I need to book? The answer depends heavily on your wedding date and the time of year. Knowing when to book a photo booth for your Massachusetts wedding can be the difference between securing your first choice and settling for whatever is still available three weeks before your event.
Winter and early spring weddings have more flexibility. Dates in November through April typically have 3 to 6 months of lead time available, with some exceptions around Valentine’s Day and New Year’s Eve, which book similarly to peak season. If you are planning a winter wedding at a Boston hotel or a cozy barn event in early spring, you have more runway — but booking 4 to 6 months out is still recommended to allow time for custom design work.
If your date is already booked when you reach out, we will let you know immediately rather than string you along. We do maintain a short waitlist for popular dates, so it is always worth inquiring even if you think it might be too late. Occasionally we can accommodate last-minute bookings if a cancellation opens up — but that cannot be counted on for a June Saturday.
The fastest way to know where you stand is to check availability for your date. If it is open, we can hold it with a deposit and start the design process.
